We get it.
When you need a DBA service you want to know that the provider has the requisite processes, monitoring systems, call center support and other elements to offer a true managed service.
But once the service is chosen the most important determinant for success is the skill, work ethic and personality of the DBA doing the work.
That is why we assign named personnel to you - so you can work with the same DBAs day in and day out - so that when there is a problem the confidence and trust you need to have in the DBA working the issue is already there.
We like to think we have simplified the approach to DBA service.
